The car scene in New Plymouth is asking for signatures around getting help from the council to build a skid pad out of the way of residential areas, so we can provide the enthusiast's with a spot to do what they love without disrupting the public and the cops. This petition will be attached to an email sent to the council as a way of hopefully showing them the money will not go to waste
