Against the proposed static caravan site at Bradwell-on-Sea

This petition is to voice our opposition to the proposed static caravan site at Bradwell Marina. The site will compose of 70 static caravans which during high season will attract approximately 400 people into this quiet and historic village. It will destroy one of the main views towards the river Blackwater and put a massive strain on local roads, drainage services and community facilites.  Bradwell has a population of 817 people and an additional 400 willn increase the population by 50%. The proposed site will provide little to local economy and will only offer  a small number of  low paid service jobs.
