Place anything that ain't offensive on loved ones grave

I don't think it's fair that you pay for a plot in a cemetery & the council still own it & say what you are or aren't allowed to place there, If you pay for the plot then should it not be up to the title holder what is & isn't allowed there? Unless offcourse it is something offensive then no it shouldn't be allowed. My baby passed away on the 08 August 2015 & offcourse wee want him to have all these lovely things on his grave as he will still be spoiled like his brothers & sister but wee have been asked to remove it why is this even fair?? So I would ask if people could please sign this so wee are able to put what wee want on our loved ones graves thank you
