2019-07-05 07:56:48Hi,
As mentioned to most of you, I sent an email to Andrew Selous our MP for South West Beds with our concerns regarding the completion of our development. I was most impressed to receive a prompt rely to assist in our cause. Here are the salient points of the comminication.
- Andrew has written to David Jenkinson the Group Chief Executive of Persimmon Homes to raise our concerns. Andrew had a reply from David Jenkinson saying he would look into our issues and a response would be sent from the company.
- Andrew also let Simon McDonald the Managing Director of Persimmon Homes East Midlands know that the Kyngshouton residents will be submitting a petiton to him to call for a residents meeting to discuss the completion, issues with the works and a committed completion date. No reply has yet been received from Simon.
We should endevour to get as many signatures on the petition as possible and submit this to Simon McDonald as soon as we can, I am aiming for this coming Monday.
Kind regards,
Alan

2019-07-05 07:11:03Hello Kyngshouton,
Thank you to all of you who so willingly signed the petition to put pressure on Persimmon Homes to give us the beautiful landscaped development were promised.
I encourage you all to ask your neighbours to sign the petition if they have not already done so, here is the web link
https://www.petitions.net/complete_kyngshouton
If the link does not work go to https://www.petitions.net/ and search for Complete Kyngshouton.
I also encourage all who are resident at an address in Kyngshouton to sign the petition individually (they have to be over 16 years old), I dont believe it should be limited to one per property, I think all who living here should have their say.
Please note that every signature should have a different email address, the on-line petition will count more than one signature with the same email address as a duplicate (this is to prevent the same people from signing multiple times), so use a different email address for each signature.
Currently we have 41 signatures, I would like to get this up to at least 60 by the weekend (more would be even better). I would like to submit the petition to Simon McDonald this coming Monday.
Kind regards,
Alan
