The Mvinjelwa appeals to the public for Donation to raise legal fees
2019-10-16 23:52:48Dear friend
The grieving Mvinjelwa family is desperately seeking for you support in raising legal fees to challenge cultural and burial rights for their daughter Phumla Mvinjelwa Ntombela (33 years old) and her two daughters Nhlanhla (10 years old) and Bajabulile (6 years old) after they were allegedly gunned down by her husband Simthembile Ntombela.
The father of Phumla is 73 years old man who wishes to bury his child and grandchildren with dignity. The Mvinjelwa family feels that due to the circumstances surround their daughter and her children's death under the alleged hands of Phumla's husband, they feel that she deserves to be buried with dignity with the blood relatives. The family has learned that on the 14 October 2019, the Ntombela family has removed their son's body for burial and left Phumla and her children in the state mortuary. The Ntombela family prioritizing the release of their son's bodie and not of the whole family indicates clearly that they have no good intentions for Phumla and her kids. After several attempts by the Mvinjelwa family to be civil to the Ntombela family have yielded not amicable solution.
The family is making this public appeal for the donation to raise its legal fees for the release of the bodies for burial. Any donation will be appreciated in the form if (a) Pro bono legal support (b) Psychological support to the family (c) Transport during court cases and Resources for public demonstrations.
