Petition Update

Tomorrow, Febriary 15th, at 7 PM is the next School Committee meeting. Please take a few minutes to read over the attached agenda and zoom link and consider speaking during the public comment.

The School Committee will be discussing policy 4141 which would give them the authority to reimpose mask requirements for students at their discretion. In other words, even if we are not in a state of emergency, the SC could require students to wear masks for COVID, flu, RSV, or any illness. 
 

Please let them know how you feel about this proposed policy. Public comment usually allows for 2-3 minutes per person, so it's ok to keep it brief. Students are especially welcome to share their opinion. If you log in virtually, raise your hand to speak, and your name will be called. We have organized a signup genius with instructions for those wishing to comment. Without your participation there is a chance we might not be heard.
