CLEAN UP KLOPPER PARK, REMOVE ILLEGAL HAWKERS, LOITERING IN STREETS

Alot of the damage that has been done to Klopper Park overtime is a result of alot of people doing certain things without consideration for the neighborhood and how it might affect people. Ie, illegal communes, street vendors, loitering, gatherings, drinking in public, as if it's fine to turn an open space into some sort of convention center.

Know the people involved in these general poor decisions, it's more than obvious to figure out that at some point its gonna have some negative affect on the area. Some might see this as silly, but look at Klopperpark as a whole, it wasn't criminals who turned it sour, it was the people moving that opened the gate for them with their lack of consideration and standards.

Bylaw states it is Illegal for a Hawker to trade in a Residential area

It is also Illegal to Drink in Public, but this is now becoming the norm.

The streets that Hawkers trade or Drink in Public occur in Klopper Park are; Kruin Street, Cnr Barbara Str and Lente Str, Cnr Lente and Kuns Street, Sonnig Street, Saffier Street.
