Live self-governed, protected by their own laws.
Had enough of the politics and lies?
Free yourself to live self-governed.
Demand your freedom to choose your own parliament when you feel the correct one is appropriate for you, and live knowing you get to choose what government agency you want to use or not including local councils draconian rules. You have the right to no longer allow the agencies to lord authority over you but utilize the agencies as the are made to be.
A service to you the people!
We have uncovered the peoples legal and lawful rights in legislation that binds the New Zealand political jurisdiction, that is the current parliament and all ministries and agencies and agents it controls.
These laws hold the rights of man and woman to live freely from the current political state if they so choose.
All living people have the protected right of self determination and may also chose freely their own political status without interference.
This means that we get to choose what part of the government systems of New Zealand we use and don't use without interference.
This petition will be submitted to parliament on behalf of each one of us who have had enough.
This is the only way.
To remove ones self it must be done in the correct order, using the correct wording, spelling, grammar and structure exactly as the system has done to entrap us.
We must be unbound in the same order to the be self governing.
Caution.
To be self governing means to take care of all of one’s living including, recording ones details clearly in ledger, developing safety standards and implementing them, documenting property and equipment making it registered in your estate.
You can and should still abide by all general laws like vehicle warrants, building codes, electrical work, plumbing, etc.
(example, do not think because you self govern, your car does not need a warrant or identifying information, you are still liable, a warrant is a safety check. You do not need to pay their fees and use their system but if your car fails and kills someone due to a lack of care and maintenance you will go to prison for manslaughter)
Please understand, you may remove yourself absolutely or in part, by still using the system as you choose but take care with your choices of freedom.
There is a reason why most people are governed!
The current political state will take this declaration and living choice by self-determination hard, it will not be comfortable knowing that you know the truth and these protected rights are now public.
Research the legislation, find out for yourself the information provided to you is real and true.
As this non political movement into living without a parliament and its unlawful laws, grows in size and speed many false peoples parliaments, will Jonny come lately, ignore them, live free for a while.
This is the goal in the movement.
Remember, our nation does not need politicians or political parties to make choices for us.
We the people are the authority not them.
We decide what we need.
There is absolutely no liability on the people who have made this opportunity for you to exist in any way, your choices are your own!
Important.
Know your enemy,
There is a very clear difference between the Government of New Zealand and the New Zealand parliament.
The Government is the bricks and mortar, the system that pays the bills, keeps the lights on, feeds and clothes the nation.
It’s run by staff, paid employees who just do as they are told.
We need them, do not be mislead.
Parliament is the problem, it is the political corporation structure of a few selfish corrupt and greedy people who do not care about us.
We don’t need them, and by removing ourselves from their system we remove our authority they take to rule over us.
“Just by having enrolled once and maybe you voted for the “Marijuana legalize party” means you accepted the system of their political governance via their electoral act and agreed to allow their system to give you options but no choices keeping you trapped”.
The current parliament operates with your consent. But did you give it? No, your parents did when you were born on your behalf acting as proxy for you.
Our parents were not fully informed when registering you and i into internal affairs, and birth deaths and marriage registration, their uninformed consent gave away your rights to chose your own way of living and our personal choice to decide our political status and how we can live.
The proof of this can be found in current legislation like, the Policing act 2008 of New Zealand,
(Sic)
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Policing Act 2008.
2 Commencement
(1) Section 130(2) comes into force on the commencement of the Births, Deaths, Marriages, and Relationships Registration Amendment Act 2008.
The police may only engage with us by consent, did you give it?
Yes your parents did on your behalf.
As well as the electoral act.
It says, it's "mandatory to enrol" what it omits to say it's that it is only mandatory, if you wish to be a part of their political structure.
By the electoral commission holding your name, title and details the current parliament takes them as their authority to exist.
To act on your behalf and make choices and decisions that govern our lives.
This document immediately upon serving notice demands the release of your living status from their legal jurisdiction and will return your name and rights to each of us to choose our own futures by order of their own law.
Please understand that this is not a political movement or act against the government, but a non political status to excuse ourselves from under the authority of the combined political state of parliament and its structure, to live as self-governing independent people.
The government of New Zealand is bound to honour and uphold its own laws. These laws are as much to govern, as to provide you and i protection to live by our choices.
This is not an excuse to be an a$$hole and internationally act against society or the structures and agencies of the New Zealand government.
By signing this petition you are agreeing as a living man or woman to uphold the pledge within to the highest degree understanding right from wrong, good from bad. This dose not exclude you from being charged for a crime. However the crime must be within the scope of the statement provided within the pledge.
Once the petition is submitted and the documents all served it is done.
There is no rebuttal or legal comeback available to the government to use, they will end up arguing against their own laws.
Personal declaration templates will be emailed to your email address.
These documents will have instructions on how to correctly fill it out. It must be done correctly or the system will ignore your notice.
Document submission, once completed and if you choose, you should receive access to any accounts generated or opened in your name.
