mr lewis deserves to be acknowleged by the CMHF.

It has been long over due for Jerry Lee to be recognized for his contributions to country music. I'd like to see him selected before he passes from this world.

JLL is a master. He's more country than many in the hall and better at it than most. His vocal and piano style reeks country! He should be president of Country. He is also a master of other genres. He's a multi talented musical genus.

i signed this petition because jerry lee lewis has EARNED his right to be in the CMHoF by his talent ,and in my opinion is has worthy as any you have in there if not more so ,its time the man was given his rightfull place

Because he's the greatest Rock and Country singer that ever lived and there will never be another Jerry Lee. It's only right they honor him while he's still alive and not after he's gone like people love to do. He deserves better than that.

His style of piano can be heard in every piano player in the genre today, and thru the years since his arrival in 1957. Not only that, but everyone who was recording who had a #1 record at that time is now dead, and in the Hall of Fame! Don't let this iconic towering figure go another year without inducting him - he may not be around the next time to enjoy it!

He's one of the greatest country artists of all time because apart from his piano playing (unique) and his voice (different), he has always had the ability to make every song he performs sound like it was written especially for him!
