Why dont we toyitoyi not to pay for rates and taxes and then we dump our own refuse, clean our own pavements and cut our own grass(and the lazy neighbours)... i do it in any case on a monthly basis, as we dont have the priviledge of these services, or any services for that matter, because we even have to buy our water!!!!!!!
