This was a very unfair decision, there was no need to fire him, a simple suspension would have been enough, they made this too much of a big deal only because it's the first lady. Rodney is no racist, he would make jokes like that with whom ever, don't matter what race or where they come from. Nobody is perfect, we ALL make mistakes including YOU Univision (who ever made the decision at Univision)
