GARBAGE INTERNET SERVICE 

I have been with Windstream for a little over a month and I have had more than 5 outages and I am paying for 12mb and get an average of 5 to 6mb at the absolute most. There is and has been SEVERAL times (even during non peak times) I was only getting between 1mb and 2.5mb. I have made several phone calls to have this issue resolved. I have been told over and over that there is supposedly a team of techs who will be working on this issue in the area. The problem I have with this answer is....NOTHING IS HAPPENING! I have spoke with several other customers of this monopolizing company who are and have been fighting this exact see issue for YEARS!!!! This is ridiculous! I use to hate AT&T Uverse until I had this hamster wheel Internet service. Now...I am begging and pleading they bring service to our area!!
