It's the right of Iranian people who are disappointed from Saudi Arabia regime,because many pilgrims have been killed in this disaster.In fact they were martyred in Mena.This disaster showed the responsibility of the regime against the disasters,and it's really bad which this holy incident in Islam has to be taken place in a country which supports terrorism and are eliminating Islam.If they don't apologize to islamic community esp Iran,we are going to be forced to behave them bad.If we haven't done anything against Saudi Arabia,the reason is,we are observing the neighborhood between Saudi arabia and us,It might be the last forgiveness from Islamic Republic of Iran for mistakes of Saudi Arabia!
