We are regularly woken by noise, altercations, bangings on door and shutters at all times of the night. It seems that no one is willing to take responsibility for the drunken aggression regularly witnessed by residents and it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured. Until then there remains the urine, vomit, litter and shouting that are so easily associated with life along the twitten. |
