Save teddy from being put down

This is discrimination at its worst! There is no reason to have a dog put down just because of his breed!! I will be very disappointed with the court systems if this is allowed!! Why punish a poor dog for being what he is? It would be like punishing a human for having the wrong color skin, according to the law. Is that right?
