Save teddy from being put down

I don't believe a dog that shows no aggression be put down based on what breed he might be. This family deserves to have their beloved dog back at home where he belongs. Basing a decision on a "what if" is stupid. What if we killed people because they "might" kill? Teddy should be returned to his home.
