If there have been absolutely no issues with this dog and he has been with this family since it was 11 weeks old - I am perplexed as to why so much time and effort is being spent on a non-issue. It sounds like this might be a case of a personal fear of dogs on the part of the people who made this ruling. SEND TEDDY HOME!! |
