 Your description of the Milton of Leys area is exactly the same as the Crown, a good area with affluent house prices and one of the best primary Schools in the city.

Have the house prices surrounding the current prison been adversely affected? In short, no.  

Your further argument of sex offenders being housed there is at best moot, and at worst a gross inaccuracy that attempts to inflame the situation using sensationalism.   What danger does any convict pose when incarcerated?
