/ #1372016-06-10 06:30I think the state of animal protection is disgusting and the laws need to be looked at and something done even some states in america have made it legal for people to break animals out of cars if they have been locked inside in the heat. I have had a dealing with the spca trying to get help but nothing was ever followed up or done, I realise they are busy but its not cutting it when there was a dog in distress. Plus also not helping is the punishments for animal abuse are just a joke and hardly a deterrent for some people. There is something wrong with the people that can abuse and torture animals like that |
