Vodacom customers tired of "missing" airtime

My airtime also gone. I have unrefuted proof that R150.00 loaded 01/10/2016 had dwindled away hourly without ANY calls made. This contract is airtime alone & now Vodacom is trying to convince me the internet is gobbling up airtime!
There is no data on phone, so therefore no internet access. This is a shameful theft by a large corporation: wrong on all levels
