So disturbing and sad. The poor, poor dog. I cannot imagine how terrified he was until he was horribly killed. Please support this petition! Acts of cruelty to any living being are not ok!

#1: - Why didnt the people standing by and taking the photos do something?  If youve got time to film and photo it youve got time to do something about it, take the registration to the police!  Youve put this image in my head and it will be there forever and there is nothing I can do to change that, please think before you upload these photos of the effect you are having on animal lovers - youve left me feeling helpless as there is nothing I can do to change what I have seen and nothing I can do to help this dog NOW!

If you only think this happens in other countries you'd be wrong ... I have a beagle that my cousin found that looks as if someone had dragged him behind a car he is missing an ear and a half of his right side of his body was ripped off and he had to be skin grafted and sewn back up so it's not just else where it happens here too
