Petition for Increased Police Presence and Installation of Speed Bumps on Sherborne Street and Adjacent Areas.

Dear Winter Garden Police Department and the Stone Creek and Stoneybrook West Neighborhood Association,

We, the undersigned residents and community members of Sherborne Street in the Stone Creek Neighborhood, Winter Garden, respectfully request increased police presence and the installation of speed bumps on our street.

Due to recent incidents, including a serious accident, we are deeply concerned about the safety of our residents, especially children and pedestrians. We believe that a more regular police presence, particularly during school commute times, along with the addition of speed bumps, will help deter speeding and create a safer environment for everyone.

Our specific requests include:

1.Increased Police Patrols, especially during school commute hours, to monitor and address speeding and other traffic violations.

2.Installation of Speed Bumps at strategic locations to reduce vehicle speeds and enhance pedestrian safety.

We kindly ask that you consider these safety measures for our neighborhood. With the support of our community and local authorities, we hope to prevent further accidents and make Sherborne Street a safer place for everyone.
