LVVTA Certification process needs to change

The LVVTA certification process for modifying vehicles needs to be changed to become more user freindly and realistic to achieve. At the moment the certification process does not take into account people wishing to drive there cars in between modifying them and the price does not reflect the time taken by certifiers to check modifications. 

It is in all our interests to ensure the process is safe and effective and acheivable by vechical modifiers. 

My plans to put foward to LVVTA and LTA

-That certification should be conducted like a strict warrent of fitness and that the time spent inspecting the car reflects the cost. 

-Re certification should be able to be done for a lesser cost 

-Modifications should be proven unsafe before being un able to certify

-Solid standard regulations across the board should be equal and not differ from person to person
