New equipment for IT students for room (B106)

Dear IT department

Hello, my name is Ebube and I'm a class representative of Group A of Networking and System Support. 

I'm writing to you to petition and inform you about the bad conditions in our classroom (B106) as the chairs in our classroom are broken and uncomfortable and  the keyboards are dirty and unresponsive. We would also like updated PCs, as D block classrooms, where all students usually have Maths and English have computers with higher specifications than in B106. The computers inside D block are much higher specification than the ones in B block. They have new 6th gen i5 computers whereas we have older 3rd gen i7's with a small amount of RAM, which limits us with what we can do on our course significantly, with frequent slowdowns and instability. To improve our experience, it would be very good to have newer, widescreen monitors instead of the older low-resolution square monitors, as it is difficult to multitask between set tasks in IT which is a huge hindrance to our course as it prevents our work from being completed in an efficient manner to meet the deadlines set by out tutors. Please consider our plea as I do not think they are too much to ask of a college providing an IT course. These are the emails or e-signatures of all members of our class.
