PHONES ALLOWED IN HIGH SCHOOL

I truly believe we should be allowed to have phones in highschool. Last time I checked they said technically is the future. We are being prohibited to use our devices provided. Along with that teachers or schools do not pay our phone bills so they shouldn't be able to take our phones because at the end of the day the money still comes out of our or our parents packets. Also our phones keep us alerted with danger in contact with school and with our parents. Multiple parents text there kids through out the day, and i know if I don't text mine back they will get mad.
