Ratlou FM is a registered entity under the Broadcasting Act 44 of 1999 and NPO Act of 1997, and this Acts stipulates that Board Members elected by Community must convene Annual General Meeting to present its programmes and fiscal reports. Ratlou FM has dismally FAILED in this regard
Board Members are expected by Law to be accessible and known to the members of the community, since well they are elected from the same community, its unfortunate that, this is not what is happening at Ratlou FM. As the community we dont know the Board members of Ratlou FM.
