Removal of Capital City Housing NPC as a Social Housing Institution

In Light of recent events at all 3 developments managed by Capital City Housing NPC it has become apparent that they have failed to deliver affordable quality housing for the marginalized as their tariffs are super expensive and on top of that we are going without basic services yet we have credits in our meters as the municipality disconnected services over unpaid utility bill of 33 Million Rands.

unless capital city makes public all financials and give answers on how they squandered our credits we buy in advance to ensure we have power and water the CEO mr Ivor Cadelot and his Team must resign and make way for a more effective leadership with the interests of the Tenants at Heart.

Social Housing Regulatory Authority needs to step in and appoint an interim management structure to steer the ship as required by legislation ( social housing act )
