My partner has lost her job as a REGISTERED NURSE, and I could potentially loose mine also. We have made a CHOICE based on our own personal underlying medical conditions. These mandates are having an incredibly detrimental effect on us financially and even more so mentally. It is extremely burdening and the segregation we have experienced in our own community due to our own personal health decisions is something not unlike what we've seen in movies of dystopian futures or grim history books. There is no transparency in the statistics that we are given by the media, it seems instead to feel like tactics in coercion; which as we know on a community level can have a potentially devastating affects. I have spent much of my life traveling around Australia and the world and what I can confirm through my network of friends, family and colleagues is that very few people are happy with the constant and relentless violations of our human rights, and that there is other effective and proven ways to manage ourselves ethically through these circumstances.
