The elections couldn't have been free and fair when people were refused the opportunity to vote. The election itself had many irregularities that we witnessed and how is it possible for the IEC to procedurally concluded nearly 600 objections in less than 24 hours. There are too many unresolved issues around this election and the determination with which these issues have been dealt with remain questionable.

These Actions Not Only Undermine The Confidence Of The Public In The Electoral System But Also Call Into Question The Legitimacy Of The Outcome.

Moreover, The Lack Of Transparency And Accountability On The Part Of The IEC In Addressing These Issues Further Compounds Our Concerns. The IEC's Failure To Provide A Clear Explanation For The Discrepancies In The Vote Counts And To Conduct A Thorough Investigation Into The Reported Irregularities Only Serves To Fuel Suspicions Of Foul Play.

Given These Troubling Developments, We Cannot In Good Conscience Accept The Results Of The Election As Free And Fair. We Urge The Relevant Authorities To Investigate The Conduct Of The IEC And To Take Appropriate Action To Ensure That Such Breaches Of Electoral Integrity Do Not Occur In Future Elections.

It Is Imperative That The Democratic Process Be Upheld And That The Will Of The People Be Respected. We Call On The IEC To Address These Concerns And To Take Immediate Steps To Restore Confidence In The Electoral System. Only Through A Transparent And Accountable Electoral Process Can We Truly Uphold The Principles Of Democracy And Ensure The Legitimacy Of The Election Results.
