By closing the Break Centres and Handy Van service they are depriving veterans of these vital services.

As a veteran i think it is a disgrace the British Legion is being run by a load of old codgers who need to resign and let a younger element take over. The funds within the British Legion are not the personal money of these people.

In this time of crisis, the Handy Van service has never been more needed! Please, Royal British Legion, bring it back now!

Having used Byng House with me and my family after going through a rough time this is a bad decision.

We came back together again as a family after our break and it saved my marriage.

Myself, partner and son went on our 1st legion break centre trip in 2019..it was so relaxing, my partner who suffers with anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, cervical disc disease and alot more had such a relaxed time. Being there actually helped him in so many ways. I do really hope these don't close as was hoping to go again

I spend most of my time secluded due to my disability and would go stir crazy without the opportunity for a bit of respite, why do we serve our country, put our lives on the line and give donations and become members of the legion if we can't get just a little of respect and chance to get together. I'd love meet the person or persons who made these decisions on our behalf. They wouldn't know what had hit them

I am a disabled ex member of the RAF and have been fortunate enough to stay at the Somerset Legion Hotel, Weston-Super-Mare, where I felt safe and was looked after wonderfully by the dedicated staff. By closing these homes I feel that the Royal British Legion has lost its direction in helping the serving and ex members of the British armed forces and their families.

Support our veterans and have a CEO who is an X Squaddie who knows what is required and NOT A professional parasite

You have not spent the money you already have will now knit my own poppies, every soldier should be going to war over this betrayal my father was a decorated hero in green howards and he would have sorted you lot out as he was very political, you are betraying all our soldiers get that poppy money spent .

It seems like profit for CEOs comes before providing service for veterans. Lots of legions are closing down. Unacceptable
