I’m signing because I use the park almost on daily basis. I strongly oppose the annexation.

Please save our park. This is a very important place for so many. This would hurt so many people.

I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT JUNO BEACH TOWN COUNCIL VOTES NO FOR THE WATERFORD POCKET ANNEXATION OF PLEASANT RIDGE PROPERTIES AND THE OSCEOLA RD. RIGHT OF WAY.
ANNEXATION FOR COMMERCIAL TYPE USES AND A SUBSEQUENT
CHANGE OF DENSITY IS WRONG FOR PLEASANT RIDGE AND BAD FOR THE ENTIRE
COMMUNITY!

I am for preserving perpetual use of the Pleasant Ridge Plat for public land and denying The Waterford access or right of way or annexation.

Our family moved to Pleasant Ridge because it was one of the few remaining communities that offered a small, friendly, hometown vibe with close-knit neighbors. The main draw for us was having a neighborhood feel with walkable streets and the peaceful green space on Pleasant Dr. Not long after we moved in, the towering apartments went up on US1 and overlooked our properties making it feel like we were becoming forcibly urbanized. Now, with the proposed annexation and construction of yet MORE high density housing within our neighborhood, our quiet community is truly being encroached upon from all sides! It's disappointing that land in the center of our neighborhood was scooped up by a corporation in the first place and an addition, such as the one proposed, would be devastating to our community. Any homeowner in our position would oppose these changes and I implore you to imagine this was happening on your street, in your neighborhood. I understand Waterford wants to expand for its residents but it shouldn’t be allowed to happen at the expense of a middle class community that is trying to provide a safe neighborhood for our families and protect our home values. Please, vote “no” and support the preservation of Pleasant Ridge, the last remaining oasis in the center of a rapidly expanding city.

I’m a Pleasant Drive Resident and suffered structural damage to my home from the US-1 Development around the corner. We do not need the damage, the extra traffic and the increase in traffic. Annexation of land is against the Constitution of the US.

There's too many NEW buildings. Roads are clogged, traffic is awful. We need to preserve green space. We can't have more congestion.
