As a healthcare professional I understand the the benefits of appropriate mask wearing and how it can protect when used by trained professionals in a healthcare environment. Masks are not beneficial to children and there are many studies to back not only their lack of efficacy but how they harm. Our children need to learn without useless cloth covering their nose and mouth while trying to engage. There are few states remaining that enforce this practice. We the parents, demand the right to choose whether or not our children wear masks while learning.
