Baltimore County Executive does not have our best interest at heart

Kenneth Clevenger (Baltimore County , Dundalk, 2022-06-28)

#203

I do not want this facility in my neighborhood.

Tina Gonglewski (Middle River, 2022-06-28)

#205

This is not the place for this recycling plant to go!!!!

Glynda Williamson (Middle river, 2022-06-28)

#209

I am opposed to the organic recycling facility operating within my community.

Joanne Clabaugh (White Marsh, 2022-06-28)

#212

The area is too busy and new development needs to stop. I want to preserve the natural environment and not pollute it with noise, congestion, etc.

Alison Maier (BALTIMORE, 2022-06-28)

#213

To not sign this petition would be insane!!!

Miriam Garrity (White Marsh, 2022-06-28)

#218

This would be an absolute atrocity in this area which has many new home communities….. Reprehensible idea!!!

Janice Vincent (Middle River, 2022-06-28)

#221

The property is in the midst of a residential neighborhood. The community impact needs to weigh more heavily in this zoning decision. Protect or homes owners and home values. T

Jennifer Mendenhall (Perry Hall, 2022-06-28)

#228

I am signing this petition because I am very concerned about this facility creating increased traffic and road congestion and noise because it can cause hearing loss. I am also concerned about the potential for increased roaches, mice and rats.

Wanda Sampedro (Rosedale, 2022-06-28)

#229

I live in the Middle River community and travel along route 7. There is already enough traffic traveling this road already. The road already needs repairs to it and more traffic will only make the road worse.

Kathryn Baker (Middle River, 2022-06-28)

#240

This is to cost to residences, it will have a very negative impact on the surrounding area.

Vicki Brewer (Baltimore, 2022-06-28)

#246

I agree. The truck traffic in that area will be bad on that part of Philadelphia Rd with it's winding road.

Barry Sewell (Baltimore, 2022-06-28)

#248

Serious concern of greatly increased number of dump trucks on a 2 lane country road. And also concern of odor in the area. My home does not adjoin the property in question, but it is within about 1/2 mile and on a road I use constantly.

Ralph Blunt (Perry Hall, Maryland, 2022-06-28)

#249

This does not belong in a residential area. Plenty of room near by Route 40 commercial locations, even the nearby landfill area on Route 40. This idea is downright rude to the neighborhoods in this area including mine that will be affected by the smell, the insects, rodents, the increased noise pollution, traffic congestion. How about putting this garbage in the company’s neighborhood or the politicians neighborhoods, who have agreed to this pathetic idea.

Mark Clabaugh (White Marsh, 2022-06-28)

#250

The traffic on that road is already very heavy and it is too close to residential properties we don’t need this in this area.

Frances Snyder (Kingsville md, 2022-06-28)

#253

I oppose this use of the property

Kurt Willem (Hydes, 2022-06-28)

#256

I don't believe that White Marsh is the appropriate location for this facility.

Jeff Becker (Parkville, 2022-06-28)

#260

Of all the large trucks on a small two lane road.

John Kirby (Baltimore, 2022-06-28)

#264

I am opposed to the planned Organic Recycling Facility in White Marsh, MD for obvious reasons. This will have devastating affects on the area, including home values. Enough is Enough!

Dorothy Winterbottom (Joppa, 2022-06-28)

#267

Route 7 and connecting roads are already above capacity with normal traffic. There’s got to be a more remote place to put this, one that doesn’t interfere with locals everyday lives. Ask yourself would you want to live next to a Dump?

Kevin Grout (White Marsh, 2022-06-28)

#268

I oppose the recycling facility proposed for the former site of Vince’s Auto Parts. As a 24 yr resident of this area, it has concerned me greatly to see the congestion created by the rapid building & population/traffic growth in this area. Surely Philadelphia Rd cannot handle the truck traffic, as the traffic is already too heavy on Rt 7. Noise, smell, close proximity to residences, traffic—all huge concerns. I cannot imagine the congestion when the school buses are on the road. This is not appropriate for this area.

Artilya Brown (Perry Hall, 2022-06-28)

#269

I oppose this recycling facility because of it's hazardous effects in the air that we will breath

Milicent Santos (WHITE MARSH, 2022-06-28)

#270

I do not accept this.

Gilbert Brown (PERRY HALL, 2022-06-28)

#272

This is not the right location for a facility of this capacity.

Sandra Biscotti (Nottingham, 2022-06-28)

#273

This facility does not belong in a residential area.

James Loughran (White Marsj, 2022-06-28)

#275

I don’t want a waste disposal plant In my neighborhood

Harriet Hatzidimitriou (Perry Hall, 2022-06-28)

#287

I do not want unnecessary traffic/noise in my neighborhood.

Augustine Medugu (White Mash, 2022-06-29)

#289

I’m signing because this type of facility shouldn’t be in a residential residence. There are families and children in the arra who don’t want to be harmed by the noises or chemicals being used at the facility. The major reason why I brought my house was because of the low noise volume and low traffic. This is going to create a nightmare for the residents who invested their hard earn money in this area.

Leticia Chandler (White Marsh, 2022-06-29)

#291

I oppose the receycle facility in White Marsh

Michael Seidel (Parkville, 2022-06-29)

#292

I am opposed to the facility's proposed location.

Yoance White (Parkville, 2022-06-29)

#293

Why do we accept waste from other States? Are we not filling up our present Land fill because we receive out of state waste?
Probably Politician Pay Off.

Michael Maruffi (Parkville, 2022-06-29)

#294

I am a resident of a directly adjacent community to this property, and oppose the proposed location of this facility.

Kimberly Hatfield (White Marsh, 2022-06-29)

#296

This will reduce our property values, increase heavy-industry traffic on Rt. 7, potentially increase groundwater contamination, and possibly toxic smells wafting through the neighborhood while the site is operating (which they haven't said, but given other similar sites in MD, could be 24/7), increased risk of rats and other vermin from refuse brought to the site.

We don't need another waste reclamation site between two existing ones that are less than a mile apart (Honeygo Run already on Rt. 7 and Eastern Sanitary Landfill which has ample room to fit this new organic reclamation site). The developers tried to make Vince's Auto Salvage into a luxury apartment site, but it failed when the state determined the ground was toxic - it's potentially a superfund site because of all the car batteries, oil, and gas leaking into the ground for decades... building a reclamation site on top is only going to make it worse. Fortunately for us the groundwater contamination is currently batteries, oil, and gas) and hasn't impacted our neighborhood. Building this new site would stir up imited to the Vince's Auto Parts site (decades of leaky car the ground and create a lot of new hazards...

Kevin Quinn (WHITE MARSH, 2022-06-30)

#298

A facility of this kind does not belong in a residential area.

Laura Showalter (Perry Hall, 2022-06-30)

#310

not acceptable location for this business, increased traffic issue compounding the already poor infastructure. potential noise, smell pollution.

jason dean (perry hall, 2022-06-30)

#311

This is an extremely congested area. Possible chemical run off into creeks and streams running into the Chesapeake Bay. This dump is already within a mile of two elementary schools, stone throw away from residential houses. This idea will be a devastating to the neighborhood

Anthony Jones (Baltimore, 2022-06-30)

#313

I do not want to pay a large mortgage and smell constant odor.

Nicole Scott (Nottingham, 2022-06-30)

#315

Local resident against this proposed use of property near a residential community and increased commercial traffic on Route 7.

John Lochary (White Marsh, 2022-06-30)

#321

I don’t want this organic recycling plant here!

Daniel Smith (White Marsh, 2022-07-01)

#325

I'm signing because I believe it's not the right place to put that proposed Organic Recycling Facility. It should not be in a nearby saturated residential community!

PETE BREGANZA (ROSEDALE, 2022-07-01)

#327

The traffic on Philadelphia Road is already overloaded especially during peak hours. We don't need all of the additional traffic that this site will cause.

Susan Cox-Williams (White Marsh, 2022-07-01)

#329

The MDE permit for the proposed facility is for processing 200,000 tons of materials per year. That would result in 125 trucks per day at 10-15,000 lbs per load using Philadelphia Road to dump at the site, and an additional 60 tractor trailers per day removing composted product assuming a 30% reduction in mass due to composting, resulting in 370 truck trips per day on a two lane, Baltimore County residential street where families live and children wait at school bus stops. This is rediculous and intolerable.

EDWARD MACNICHOL (Perry Hall, 2022-07-01)

#331

This facility does not belong in an urban setting. Much too close to housing and businesses. The odor and vermin will be horrific. Philadelphia Road cannot handle the huge increase in traffic this facility would bring to our region. You also need to consider the great disservice you will be doing to our wild life.

Cheryl Stevenson (Perry Hall, 2022-07-01)

#334

I don’t want another landfill in the area and Philadelphia Rd is always backed up as it is. Do not need any more traffic in this area

Dawn Roksiewicz (Rosedale, 2022-07-01)

#336

For every reason already stated in the petition...The EPA already does not have a handle on any of the problems with any of the dangerous health causing issues n environmental hazards in and around the state of Md...
to add more dangerous environmental problems around as many areas as they possibly can is really irresponsible ... not to mention way too hazardous on so many levels.....

Darlene Williams (BALTIMORE, 2022-07-02)

#337

I am signing this because I don't want this behind my house due to the fact it will attract rodents and will smell and will cause a lot of traffic in a neighborhood that has a lot of children

jolene calaf (white marsh, 2022-07-02)

#338

There is not enough infrastructure to allow for additional trucks on Philadelphia Rd.

Robert Clarke (Kingsville, 2022-07-02)

#339

This is not a place to put a recycling plant. The residents pay a lot of money and pay a lot of taxes to live in this area and there are many other rural areas of this plant could be put

Dianna Long (Baltimore, 2022-07-02)

#352

I do not want a recycling center near my neighborhood which may negatively impact the property value.

Angela Gaskin (White Marsh, 2022-07-04)

#355

This is not a good location near residential areas even though it is needed in the state.

Ed Jakubiak (Nottingham, 2022-07-04)

#356

The dump will be too close to a residential area.

Karen Ruberry (Nottingham, 2022-07-04)

#359

I'm signing because this recycling facility located in the middle of residential area doesn't make sense.
This will affect and reduce our home value as well by increasing commercial vehicle traffic and noise.

Hyun Kang (White Marsh, 2022-07-05)

#363

I do not want this to be built

kiley kurcoba (white marsh, 2022-07-05)

#368

I am signing because I agree with the issues raised about this facility.

Marsha Dalton (Essex, 2022-07-06)

#373

I’m signing because I am concerned about the additional traffic and potential rodent problems associated with this development. I built my home with the intent of it being the last home I buy. We invested money, time and energy in our community. A recycling plant of this nature does not belong in a residential area.

Amy Overbey (White Marsh, 2022-07-06)

#375

Route 7 is already too busy. Traffic is out of control certain times of the day and we do not need anything to cause more congestion in a residential area.

Kelly Zopp (White Marsh, 2022-07-06)

#378

I'm signing because this land cannot sustain this level of contamination. The land is unusable due to years of corroding cars and oil leaks.

Susanne Forno (White Marsh, 2022-07-07)

#380

We have three dumps within a few miles of each other already.

Marty Farmer (White marsh, 2022-07-07)

#386

I opposed to this recyling facility

Sherryll Jabon (White marsh, 2022-07-07)

#387

You are exposing our community to chemicals, rodents, insects, loud noises, traffic hazards and other disruptions to an otherwise peaceful and quiet community. Does that sound like a place you would like you own family to live? This facility will affect property values, contaminate soil and route 7 is already too busy and can’t handle any more traffic.

Kayla Amrhein (White Marsh, 2022-07-08)

#390

I feel this business would not be appropriate in the vicinity of a residential area.

Paul Harvey (White Marsh, 2022-07-08)

#395

I live in the community.

Lisa Pastella (White marsh, 2022-07-09)

#398

Route 7 is already congested. This neighborhood is already being flooded with a lot traffic around many individual single homes.

Sharon Tenaro (White Marsh, 2022-07-10)
