Without trees, we wouldn't be alive, we wouldn't be breathing air and we wouldn't be enjoying the wonderful air here on Baguio. We all should act now. I do not agree that Mla DENR can just issue treecutting in a place where there is another DENR. Does it mean LGU cannot do anything on national action that affects the lgu area?
