Why should I be told by government if I can smoke or not. I also disagree with the same reason given for the ban is that smokers are a higher risk. This is not true as I know many that are still smoking illegally and not one has been tested positive or have any symptoms.

4 people smoke in my house and me also I am gatvol to pay this high prizes for cheap brands and I am not to plan to give smoking up its the only thing that can relax and calm down

It is the right of people to smoke. It does not affect the brain like alcohol. If you are a long term smoker your lungs are already damaged. It turns good citizins into criminals to buy illegal cigarettes.

This is becoming ridiculous and we need our smokes.

The ban on the sale of cigerattes ,to be honest it doesn't make sense .it is not supported by any of the scientific guard lines against corona virus .Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma she is just trying to force her self into presidency. Why tormenting the people. You can't force anyone to stop smoking unless they decides from their hearts to do so.

I'm signing because this is supposed to be a democracy. How can 2000 signatures decide the fate of eleven million people?

I,m signing because my 80 year old coloured friend needs a simple pleasure in her life. She plays tennis and is fit. I do not smoke myself.

The government is losing millions of rand in taxes because of the illegal tobacco industry.

I am not in agreement with the reason for the ban. More people will loose their income and be bankrupt because of the ban than people that will die because of the invfection.

The ban must be lifted because it cost the country money and it's not fair against the smokers.

It is absolutely not acceptable that the only people who are benefitting from this ban, are the crimminals who are trading elegally

Myself and my all my family and friends all smoke, banning cigarettes is unjust and unfair, withdrawal symptoms are breaking up families and those who can't stop are paying ridiculous amounts for illegal cigarettes, please let us smoke
