I run a small services based startup with a team of 25 and due to this crisis, all of our clients or new clients are delaying the projects, or we are not able to receive our payments on time since client offices are closed. Managing salaries of team is itself so challenging. While our PM sir says that we have to keep humanity towards others' wages like our employees, maids, then who will look after our wages. We already struggling with sales vs 3 times expenses and now this.Delaying all EMIs by a month will help us managing funds in this crisis. Being a responsible entrepreneur, I've not drawn my salary but I made sure I pay GST on time. I dint look after how will I manage my basic expenses but I made sure that I pay deducted TDS on time.
We don't have any support from Gov towards startup which can help us to sustain while all claim to have so many schemes to support startups, but we find 100s of excuses due to which we are not eligible for them.
Becoming job creator isn't an easy job and we are doing that responsibly by giving employment not only to our team of 25 but to an entire community where they even face a challenge to get respect for their job.
That's all to say... :/
- A responsible entrepreneur
