I am convinced that Shri Sanjeev Bhatt, IPS is falsely implicated with political vendetta as he spoke on the Gujrat riot.
There are many cases of custodial deaths in the country where the police officials never implicated.
But Sanjeev Bhatt, IPS is implicated 20 years after the custodial death incidence where according to his defence he was not DIRECTLY INVOLVED in that custodial death.
He should be given FAIR TRIAL and be released.
