I'm signing because it seems grossly unfair to have a business that largely benefits the majority of the Brighton community removed due to the alleged impact on a minority. There are other solutions that could be put in place or compromises that could be made to keep My Coffee Guy in Brighton, and these ought to have been explored robustly before taking the extreme measure of removing the business.
