My family lives in Smithsburg. This is not justice for those who lost their lives.

Kathryn Housley (Falling Waters, 2023-04-26)

#602

I don’t want a murder set free. This man killed three men so close to home.

Kayla Cook (Sabillasville, 2023-04-26)

#603

The legislature needs to change something if the person who killed these people is not going to jail. There should be no way there can be a plea that allows him to not serve time in jail.

Rochelle Wagner (Quincy, 2023-04-26)

#604

He deserves to be locked up and the key thrown again!!! He’s a a murder.

Victoria Danner (Brunswick, 2023-04-26)

#605

Something has to be done regarding our criminal system. We are letting murderers, rapists, thieves go with a slap on the wrist. These families lost their love ones for no reason. What an insult to them.

Renee Hoffman (Hagerstown, 2023-04-26)

#607

These men and their families deserve justice. If this man is released and doesn’t take his meds he would be a danger to society.

Shannon Gaither (Hedgesville, 2023-04-26)

#613

This killer should not ever be free!!

Tammy Lewis (Myersville, 2023-04-26)

#614

I'm signing this petition because I want justice for Josh, his co-workers and their loved ones.

Kathy Socks (Falling Waters, 2023-04-26)

#615

Lisa and CJ are good friends of mine. This man should NEVER see the light of day again free. He needs a life sentence in prison!!

Heather Matney (Chambersburg, 2023-04-26)

#616

I care about the safety of my community and those men deserve justice.

Melissa Lewis (Middletown, 2023-04-26)

#617

I remember that day,our business got locked down, not far from where this happened. It's a sad day when someone that took people's lives for no reason, may be left to roam.

Mary Pogue (Hagerstown, 2023-04-26)

#618

The ones who lost their lives were friends and family of our small town and they will never have a chance at another life... This was a situation that was definitely thought out before the perp did it...

Shawn M BLOYER (Smithsburg, 2023-04-26)

#621

Deserves to die in a hole

Nick Lanehart (Hagerstown, 2023-04-26)

#626

Mark has been a friend of mine and my families a long time and for the man who killed him to be given such a soft sentence is absolutely irresponsible and unjustifiable. This man 100% should never walk this earth free again.

Jacob Monn (Waynesboro, 2023-04-26)

#627

My son was there and affected by this

Mistie Hart (Waterford, 2023-04-26)

#628

This monster should NEVER be let out of jail!!! He took 3 people’s lives and also shot at a police officer!!!!

Tobie Davies (Fairfield, 2023-04-26)

#629

This person planed and excucted 3 human beings in cold blood. If his plea is that he is mentally unstable he should never be released from a long term, high security mental health facility. This should be a life sentence, since LIFE is what he took from so many others.

Renata Purcell (Hagerstown, 2023-04-26)

#633

This man killed people, not one but a few! He doesn’t need medical help, he needs executed! If anyone else was to do this crime we would be punished to the fullest extent allowed. Why is this not being pushed as far as possible?

Hunter Monn (Mont Alto, 2023-04-26)

#638

He should be in jail, not in a hospital. People with rape charges, get worse convictions than this. It’s truly disgusting. It’s like you swept all these people their lives, their families and their pain under the rug because this guy needs “help” it’s not right, it’s not fair, and it’s not OK.

Michelle Adams (Waynesboro, 2023-04-26)

#639

I’m signing because, our justice system is all the American people has left to trust and with more and more innocent people getting murdered we need to put a stop to all the corruption and murder cases the justice system is all that’s left to protect those innocent people!!!

Dustin Price (Hagerstown, 2023-04-26)

#640

I believe he should do SERIOUS jail time and not be released in a couple if years to devastate other lives. He killed 3 people.

Deborah Weikert (Chambersburg, 2023-04-26)

#641

This unjust and this criminal desires to do time for this horrible crime

Shannon Sisk (Clear Spring, 2023-04-26)

#642

This man shouldn't even be allowed to smell fresh air. I don't understand the justice how they let murderers walk.

Kimberly Hahn (Hagerstown, 2023-04-26)

#645

He should be put in prison

Doug Bradley (Keedysville, 2023-04-26)

#646

How sad for the families who may have lost a father, a son, a brother, an uncle, a grandson, etc. This evil person knew walking into that building that he would be killing multiple people with the gun that he brought to work. It shows he knew exactly what he was doing when he got into his car and fled. This shooting had a major effect on the surrounding communities and the talk became, what would you do if there was an active shooter at your work place? But sure send the message to everyone that you can shoot up your coworkers and just plead mentally ill. These families deserve justice and this is far from that. If the death penalty were to be a thing, this monster deserves to be the first on the list...jail time can't even make this crime right. Sure send him for mental help, but the least that can be done for these families and victims is for this evil man to rot in jail for the rest of his life. He took so much away from so many families that can never be replaced. How sad they even have to write their legislators and make a petition over this. Justice needs to be served, even though nothing could ever make up for the loses these families have experienced.

Brooke Gue (Boonsboro, 2023-04-26)

#648

I'm signing because he new what he was doing and because if this was a conceal carry state this act would have never happened.

Doug Lewis (Keedysville, 2023-04-26)

#650

This is not okay. He needs to be held accountable for his crimes.

Marie Phillips (Hagerstown, 2023-04-26)

#655

This is so wrong!!! I’m signing because Josh Wallace was a close friend. People need to be held responsible for their actions.

Tammy Bradley (Keedysville, 2023-04-26)

#656

He needs to be charged. He knowing dud it then repeated his actions. Then drive away. He was mentally able to do all of these activities

Claire Cochran (Charles Town, 2023-04-26)

#658

This is not Justice..

Ruth Lasley (Waynesboro, 2023-04-26)

#661

Justice needs to take place. These families deserve that, and more. A planned killing, and no prison time? Something very wrong here.

Tina Smetzet (Waynesboro, 2023-04-26)

#662

This guy should never see daylight again

Dixie Morton (Falling Waters, 2023-04-26)

#663

Mark was a great friend to everyone and him his friends and most definitely his family did not deserve this. The shooter of this CRIME needs to be punished to the fullest. Not only did this man kill mark but killed others and destroyed so many family’s.

Dawn Gossert (Chambersburg, 2023-04-26)

#664

This shooter should be put in prison for life. Our criminal Justice system needs to quit letting killers free.

Hessong Jackie (Smithsburg, 2023-04-26)

#666

There is no reason for killing innocent people.

Natalie Grant (Hedgesville, 2023-04-26)

Nancy Sharpe (Smithsburg, 2023-04-26)

#671

This man should not be in any position to EVER hurt any one ever again.

Patricia Webb (Mount Clare, 2023-04-26)

#672

I am signing this to get justice for the men that got killed!!! I knew one of them and none of them deserved this!!! This guy needs to be behind bars for what he did!!!

Brooke Tarmon (Sharpsburg, 2023-04-26)

#673

I know the people of Columbia Machine and they should not have to live in fear of going to work ever again!!

Mark Shawyer Shawyer (Hagerstown, 2023-04-26)

#674

That’s bullshit he should get at least 20years to life I’d preferred the Electric chair Md don’t recognize the chair or lethal injection

Johnnie Keller (Smithsburg, 2023-04-26)

#676

Justice needs to be served. This kid does not deserve to be free.

David Monn (Waynesboro, 2023-04-26)

#677

I'm signing because I work in Smithsburg near where this horrible incident took place. I also work with a family member of one of the men killed and see the devastating effect it has had on his family, especially his wife and child. Their lives will never be the same. The killer knew what he was doing when he went to work with a gun and chose to take it inside and shot several people..he should not be allowed to ever walk free and should face the consequences of his actions to the fullest extent. He does not deserve to have a life after taking the lives of 3 innocent men and destroying their families.

Kimberly Gunder (Waynesboro, 2023-04-26)

#680

This plea is not justice. It’s time for victims to get justice instead of letting criminals skate by with no repercussions.

tracy longerbeam (Boonsboro, 2023-04-26)

#682

I’m signing because I grew up with one of the victims wives and she doesn’t deserve to see this man be released after what she and her young daughter went through.

Marissa Keppley (Middletown, 2023-04-26)

#683

There should be no plea deal for a crime that was obviously pre-meditated.

Gwen Pryor (Smithsburg, 2023-04-26)

#685

He is a cold blooded murderer and destroyed families

Mel Davis (Falling Waters, 2023-04-26)

#686

This hits home for me. These families have lost their husbands, fathers , sons, brothers and friends over a senseless act of violence. Justice for the families is deserved.

Kim Martin (Hagerstown, 2023-04-26)

#689

Shooting that many people over a period of time is a conscious choice. Therefore he should be responsible for his actions!

Angela DoescherMonn (Waynesboro, 2023-04-26)

#690

No murder should be able to walk free.

Krystal Clark (Hagerstown, 2023-04-26)

#691

Absolutely ridiculous that someone who kills 3 people because his feelings were hurt, gets away with no jail time. I guarantee that if that killer had killed one of Judge Wilson’s family members, the judgment would have been a lot different.

Christina Hill (Smithsburg, 2023-04-26)

#694

This is an outrage to all the families involved.

Deborah Thompson (Wray, 2023-04-26)

#695

Horrible that he gets no jail time, should be under the jail for life

Scott Stitely (Fairmont, 2023-04-26)

#700

He needs to be put away for killing three people in cold blood and families are suffering in pain

KAREN M Hargett (Hagerstown, 2023-04-26)

#701

A killer is a killer. Walking into such an establishment and unloading your gun into innocent people is disgraceful. There should be no plea for such an act. If the judicial system wants to give him help then they can put him in a facility for insanity and pay for it out of their pockets and keep him in there for life as if he was in prison. Put him in a rubber room and never see day light again. My heart and prayers go out to the victims families and friends. My sincere condolences… Kim Coscarelli

Kimberly Coscarelli (Waynesboro, 2023-04-26)

#705

We are Angie Frey's parents. Mark was a fine man. A loving husband and deserves justice. Justice which the backwards State MD refuses to administer. We pray for the families & friends of all those affected

Ron & Judy Hamner (Waynesboro, 2023-04-26)

#707

I'm signing this because the victims family needs Justice. Put him in a hospital and if he does good he gets out🤬 what so he can do it again cause he got away with it the last time 🤬 bs. I pray the the victims family find peace. Prayers and God bless ❤️🙏

Christine Hall (Hagerstown, 2023-04-27)

#715

I knew Josh Wallace, I am horrified they would let his killer free.

Mark Cowder (Funkstown, 2023-04-27)

#716

The crimes the convicted person committed pose a threat to society. He deserves a life sentence either in prison or institution for criminally insane. He should not be granted any release to society.

dennis deal (Smithsburg, 2023-04-27)

Tammy Rubio (Chambersburg, 2023-04-27)

#721

I lost my cousin to this cruel act of this man,My cousin did not deserve this, he was a son a brother a father and husband. A father to a very young child who will never see her father again, because of this man, mental or normal, know one should take someone else’s life. At some point we have to take responsibility for our actions!

Terry Heffner (Middletown, 2023-04-28)

This person belongs in jail for the rest of his life.

Linda Mann (Rohrersville, 2023-04-29)

#731

When someone commits mass murder, it is not safe to release them back into the community. If he is found to be mentally incapable of understanding that his actions were wrong, then he should be committed to a locked mental institution, at a minimum!

stuart Tart (Derwood, 2023-04-29)

#733

It’s absolute bullshit! 😡😡

Nicci Tucker (Williamsport, 2023-04-30)

#735

He deserves to be in jail

Shawn Clark (Hagerstown, 2023-04-30)

Hilery Leatherman (Middletown, 2023-05-01)

Denise Hobbs (Hagerstown, 2023-05-01)

#749

Justice must be served for my friends son. None of this even makes sense. How can someone drive a car away and run of he wasn't responsible for what he did. You don't run if you are psycho. He ran. Too bad the cops weren't better shots when they surrounded him. That's would have need justice.

Sheree Martin (Hagerstown, 2023-05-01)

#754

He should not walk free to do it again !

Angela Zeger (Jacksonville, 2023-05-02)

I feel there should be Justice for such a brutal act.

Elaine Robinet (Cascade, 2023-05-03)

I agree that this person should be held accountable for his actions that resulted in the death of 3 innocent people and the further injury of 2 others.

Donna Stinson (WHITE, 2023-05-30)

#765

The P.O.S. that put all these poor families in unbearable pain deserves to rot in a cell for the rest of entirety for all the suffering he has caused that will effect generations to come. There is a woman out there that lost the love of her life, she has gone through more in one lifetime than anyone person should have to endure and he took her person. Because he is mentally ill. You know, it's really funny how because he is mentally ill they are trying to let him get away with this. If they killed your Husband, Father, Son, or Uncle, most people I know would have personally escorted him there there themselves after the atrocities he has committed. After all, that's the message you send out by allowing him to wal free, its okay to kill people just because you are mentally unstable. There's absolutely not repercussions for ending multiple lives and devastating families.

Cody Brown (Fayetteville, 2023-06-09)

#768

He murdered husband's, sons, fathers. Let him rot

Delanie Ash (Waynesboro, 2023-07-07)
