I have witnessed first hand as a party agent in ward 73, the IEC displaying favoritism to ANC liason a who were bringing people in to vote. They were within the 100m limit. Further house visits were done prematurely instead of at agreed times.. Some parties can't have agents present at all stations at all time. This is not fair
