I have lodged a few queries on the portal but have never had feedback or resolution on any of them
1:why has my waste management bill increased from R200.00 to over R800.00 so much over the last couple of months?

2: why can't I locate my water meter outside my property, none of the numbers on my bill match the meters outside on either side of the house and road, last year I received a bill for R2500.00 for water, which was inflated as there are only 2 of us living on this property and no one can locate my meter

3: why could I not access the portal when you cut off my electricity/and why are my 06/07 statements not available to me to reconcile my account?

My City of Tshwane account as well as the amount we pay for prepaid electricity has increased without us using more water or electricity. There are additional access charges on the account and the rates amount also increased. This is ridiculous when residents are already under financial strain due to the effect of Lockdown.
