The principal is not fit for the job, there should be no excuses for such lapses over such long period of time.

Jun Yong Chiang (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1405

The action and attitude is not acceptable as an educator.

Silvia Tan (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1412

Cant believe the teacher n principal can be like this, so shame.

Taylor Wong (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1418

She should not be working with children. She should be in jail instead. She thought she was invincible and could get away with anything and happily earn money while turning a blind eye to the abuse that was happening. Let this be a lesson for her and for anyone that does the same. I hope thay she goes to jail and it wipes that sickening smile off her ugly face.

I'm signing because I am also a parent to a toddler. Mistreatment of toddlers should never ever happen.

Darryl Wang (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1424

We must collectively make Kinderland and ECDA realise the severity of this issue.

Alicia Chong (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1429

No children should be treated this way.

Cindy Liang (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1431

If an individual in a position of authority fails to use their rightful power to do what's right to prevent or stop any form of abuse, they should no longer be considered deserving of that position. They should be removed not redeployed.

Jessica Wang (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1432

I’ve similar encounter from another childcare centre and even after ECDA investigation. No serious action was taken. Principal sided the teachers and bad mouth parents instead. No CCTV was in the centre. Likewise, it was a teacher was took the photos secretly and share with the parents and she resigned too.

Cheryl Tan (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

I am a parent and knowing there are people who do not hold our children’s safety as top priority is not only irresponsible but down right scary. We all need to do more to protect our children, staring with removing the principal of Kinderland Woodlands from her position of power so no more children will be harmed.

Trang Nguyen (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1434

Principal in a school is important for the whole moral and standard of a childcare. We shall not condone this kind of behaviour of a leader who did not stand up for the wrongdoings and yet finding all excuses to cover up for the act.

Kerene Tan (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1440

It’s unforgivable to do such things to children but it’s beyond human to turn a blind eye!

Jacqueline Leow (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1442

#1444

This need to stop for the well being of all children! The school is takong this lightly and it's unfair to the affected parents!

Huang Xiuling (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1445

As a mother of 3 and hearing various horror stories about Childcare centres in SG, I ended my 12years career to be a stay home mum to my children. People say that I wasted my career but after this incident, it is one of the best decisions I ever made. Justice needs to be served, not just the perpetrator(teacher) but also the one(principal, top management) who allowed such things to happen again and again.

Cindy Tay (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1446

Anyone who doesn't have the patience, kindness and heart for the children shouldn't be in the early childhood industry.

Candy Tay (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1449

I’m singing because the principal deserve to be fired!

Phoebe Loh (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1454

It is unacceptable that young kids are abused this way. Parents pay good money certainly not for their kids to be abused. Why hasn't there been a stronger response from the relevant authorities to the individuals and the school involved?

Luke Tan (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1457

Singapore has been trying to increase childbirth, I strongly believe this has push back all the efforts done by society And all parents should not feel stress/worried about having their child being placed in a supposedly safe environment that they paid for. The principal has neglected his/her Job and shown that she is just happily counting the number of enrolments and money coming. And by putting ill-qualified teachers on the job to meet the minimum quota of teacher to child ratio. Even though I am not a parent myself yet but I have nieces and nephews who are attending. By doing this, I hope we set an example for all schools and childcare centers owners.

Jin Lee (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1460

You need the right person at the right position.

Huiyi Wong (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1461

I am signing because u hate child abuse and irresponsible education center

Erwin Yap (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1462

I petition to remove and ban the principal from any form of education sector. A principal is supposed to be the main gate keeper to ensure teachers are taking good care of the little kids but not her.
After the incident went viral, she decides to just hide away for fear of public bash and police capture. Clearly shows that she is guilty and absolutely not apologetic for her action.
A mastermind that allows such toxic action to happen in a preschool environment. Not apologetic, highly irresponsible, a liar, zero remorse, a demon in human disguise. Don't expect a leapoard to change its spots applies to her. She will continue to allow harm to all the little kids if she is in any education sector.

Rubicks Au (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1464

She must be punished by law and go to jail and we have to give out awareness to all ecc if they untreated the kids.
The Kids will have traumatised for the rest of the life

Sophia Chan (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1465

Zin Mar Tun (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1467

I’m also a mother and I’ve been through such abuse before in school. I know how much it affects little children.

Caroline Ong (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1468

I’m signing because I want to protect the kids from child abuse. Not just cctv, we need greater enforcement by on the authorities n preschool centre. CCTV is also to protect the teachers too.

Geok Ling Lim (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1469

I do not want someone that will cover and side a teacher that abused children and feels that nothing is wrong with that, as a principal she suppose to protect every single children safety and welfare but she failed 10000000%, she is the one who allowed abused to happen, she could have stop it but she chose not to, she is definitely not fit to be in the educational career

Chen Charine (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1471

Do not want such teacher in the teaching industry.

Elaine Teo (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1476

I’ve children below 2 years old and a 6 year old. I’m forced to entrust my kids to school while my hubby and I work.
With the recent saga, I’m very shaken to find out that the preschool teachers have abused their authorities to abuse precious, innocent and helpless little children, at their means. These inhumane actions that endangers the life of a helpless child is unforgivable. The children were at mercy of the teachers at that point of time when they were abused physically, mentally and emotionally. This would result in a life time scarring for these poor kids.
I strongly encourage cctv to be placed in all schools so that proper monitoring and justice could be done to both the educators and parents. Parents would be more at ease to place their precious children in the care of the professionals , yet strangers.

Grace Lee (Singapore, 2023-09-01)

#1488

I have a kid and this is not acceptable

Jian Hui (Singapore, 2023-09-02)

#1490

You are not fit to be in this position. The parents trusted you to protect their kids but instead you turn a blind eye to it and protected the teacher who is tormenting the poor kids daily.

Vivien Ho (Singapore, 2023-09-02)

#1491

I am signing because I am a preschool teacher itself, it is a disgrace to have such a teacher who don't even have any patience, love and care for children. Worse is the principal don't even hold any responsibility for such a teacher and allow her to stay to continue causing hurt to other children. This type of teacher and principal should revoke their teaching licence and be jail

Melissa Ng (Yishun ave 4, 2023-09-02)

#1492

All children should be well respected. And not tortured by anyone especially this is a well-known child care centre!

Gabrielle Lee (Singapore, 2023-09-02)

#1499

What the teacher did is unforgivable and should be charged with attempted murder. Principal who turn a blind eye is guilty as well too, both of them deserved to be in jail and never step foot towards childcare industry again.

Eve Gan (Singapore, 2023-09-02)

#1502

Justice has to be served to the innocent and helpless toddlers

Manju Srinivashini (Singapore, 2023-09-03)

#1521

I'm signing because I feel that the principle didn't not fulfil her duty by ensuring that the teachers are doing their job correctly and children are in good hands. Yet the principle chose to chose one eye and let the tragedy happen.

Angeline Ang (Singapore, 2023-09-04)
