This ongoing issue causes mobile reception to completely fail during power outages. The problem has persisted for approximately two years. Despite multiple calls and tickets filed by affected residents and subscribers, the issue remains unresolved. Below are two recent tickets and their outcomes:

1. **Ticket 0026178186** - Closed Ticket. It was tagged as resolved, but no representative from Smart Communications, Inc. contacted the respondent as promised, and the issue remains unresolved.

2. **Ticket 0026703061** - Open Ticket. A Smart representative is working on this, and based on the last update, the issue is due to the absence of a generator set on the tower servicing the affected area. Smart Communications, Inc. is aware of this, but despite the problem persisting for nearly two years, no timeline for resolution has been provided.

Having reliable mobile network coverage is critical, especially during calamities, as Barangay Tanza is prone to flooding. Recently, power outages have been rampant due to weather disturbances, making it impossible to use mobile services during emergencies. This situation leaves residents vulnerable without a means to communicate during crises.

We urge Smart Communications, Inc. to:
