Miss Preeta Bansal proved herself totally seems to be a racially biased and pre-determined against Hindus person. In my view she should not be appointed for any public related positions ever by any Federal, State, or local authorities.

Preeta Bansal is unfit for any responsible job of repute. She can be easily bought over by anybody with such a weak character. She can any time call her mother a witch. US must beware of such weaklings b4 promoting them. If she is, it will be a shame on US and US shall loose her credibility.

I'm an individual senior citizen conscious of civil human rights globally. Hence I signed this petition and I'm aware of Preeta Bansal's involvement that is shameful for us. It's more shameful for US which wants to project to global community as world saviour.

She is short sighted. Making decision without looking into the merits of an accusation. Such individual can not be a Judge. She wanted to get into the lime light to get an attention by the Media. She been proven wrong by Millions of people around the world including citizens of India who elected Mr. Modi as their Prime Minister with a land slide Victory. She does not qualify to be a Judge.

No one talks about burning of 100s of innocent Hindus alive in the train that triggered the riots in Gujarat. If a similar situation had occurred in Moslem dominated town where Hindus had burnt even one Moslem, every Hindu would have suffered. I don't think Modi had to do anything. Today UP has become Pakistan/ BanglaDesh where Hindus are killed or kicked out in Moslem dominated towns and the Police does nothing. About 150 shops of Hindus were burnt and looted in Saharanpur and police did nothing. A similar situation is happening in Kairana and other towns and the UP Govt and police are doing nothing. So Hindus are victims everywhere.

The whole department has been engaged in anti Hindu campaign as the Christian missionaries wanted a free hand in mass conversion in India.  Mr. Modi and others were legally stopping them. The christian missionaries have invaded India very aggressively for last 25 years under the phony excuse of religious freedom defined cunningly with pouring billions of dollars from USA.And this created anti Modi movement with feedback from missionaries.she is one of the pawn in the dept., of state. The entire dept. of religious frreedom in US dept. of state should be ask to resign.

Their annual report is all lies and magnified by thousand fold about India.

She has no respect for the honorable Supreme Court of India which acquitted Mr. Modi. Also, she was running the campaign of denying visa to Modi with absolutely no evidence. Given all these, she will become a very bad judge and I request you to deny her application to become a judge.

I absolutely support this petition. Ms Bansal has shown an extremely poor judgement on her part in this entire episode. Someone who is so irrational, irresponsible, prejudicial and presumptive should not be allowed to run for the public office of the state of NY.
