Being an essential part of "The Big Four" (including Black Sabbath, Deep Purple & Led Zeppelin), Uriah Heep must have been inducted into the Hall Of Fame a long time ago!

One of the very best rock bands ever. At least, the memory of David Byron and Gary Thain, as well as of the beautiful, unique music, mostly penned by Ken Hensley, which the band recorded back in the 70-s, deserve it. Albeit they are no longer the same, with the guitarrist Mick Box being the only link with the past, the current Uriah Heep are also a more than decent figure on modern rock stage.

I'm stating that not one band belongs in R & R HALL OF FAME over another but URIAH HEEP certainly belong there. Peace

45 years on tour. A never ending story. Many blows over. Sold over 40 million albums. toured in over 56 countries. Member of the "Big Four" (Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath) of hard rock. One of the most important rock bands of the United Kingdom has ever produced. Long live Uriah Heep. You deserve it !!!

Uriah Heep has been one of the main groups to have influenced so many other groups after them. I would dare to say that if not for Uriah Heep, there would a lot fewer groups with a solid basis for their music.

23 Studio records, over 40 official releases!  A great hard rocking band with many classic songs. Sizzling, searing guitar work, swirling keyboards, intricate vocal harmonies and one of the most dynamic rhythm sections all constitute a band that has been touring over 45 years!
