I personally don't like it. To me, a home is a place to stay. I was excited to want to build my new home but this news? I feel sad and really don't like the columbarium which houses a potential number of urns as some people suggested. Hdb : can you really please don't build the columbarium. It's our new home and we don't want to be staying in a place we may dread for at least 5 years. |

Is it time for us to return them this favour? 1) vote them out 2) ask for refund 3) ask for by-election 4) protest at Hong Lim park May i ask the unsung heros hiding behind and typing and whining which is the most suitable? Lets do this together Fernvale Lea...Lets vote, carry out our promiss to bring them down and create havoc and make sure they 'kao tao' to us instead of we 'lan lan' accept. Lets stand together and exercise our rights..our human rights Let the action begin.......lets reply to this post and vote |

#462 Re:2015-01-06 14:04Our first priority is to make MP Lam Pin Min pay! For siding Eternal Pure Land Pte Ltd, HDB and URA instead of his own residents! Even at the dialogue, he sat with them instead of us. Then who the heck is our representative? I say we write to PM Lee and DEMAND a by-election. You'll see that they can do miracles when election comes. |

#4652015-01-06 14:06Many people are complaining on Dr Lam's fb. Why is he not helping us? Mainstream media and some DJs on radio are mocking us and making us look petty. |

#4712015-01-06 14:22One resident had already written a letter on The Real Singapore explaining why we need a by-election. Hope they listen to us. If we can keep the pressure up, maybe they will listen. For now, HDB and URA decided to go ahead with the columbarium. Like as if we didn't say anything at all.

#4722015-01-06 14:59I posted the link to the letter by our fellow resident asking for a by-election on PM Lee's facebook page. I hope he and his page admin do not delete it on sight. |

#4732015-01-06 15:02they are not listening at all... they just want money...the immerse Yin energy that comes from the columbariums affect health ... but will these high handed elite care... they probably hope we fall ill then go Sengkang general hospital, then use the life cock funeral services and then a place in the columbarium... win win win situation ... only for them... no choice but i will remember, broadcast to all my friends and remind them the atrocities these people aredoing. |

#4752015-01-06 15:15Very disappointing. Soon, those who didn't want to understand the real concern will convert to being the so called 'nimbys' that they them selves mocked at. Retribution is something that happens sometimes. |
