Canyon Rim 3100S 3100E is a great candidate. It's very lightly used and we pick up all the poop we see!

Linda, the 2008 plan was hardly a step forward for the off leash community, focused mostly on the "Gulag" model of off leash, pretty much ignored the wish of many of us to exercise (decent length loop trails, fields to chase balls, set up retriever tests)with our dogs, totally ignored the crying need for a swimming facility. Great work so far, keep it up!

This is a great idea. I'm happy to support it anyway I can. We are extremely fortunate to have as many areas as we do that are totally appropriate for off leash. It is absolutely required for good health and mind for a dog to be off leash to socialize, run and use all those scent cells nature gave them.

Still doesn't make up for the fact that the city and county have completely ruined the Tanner Park/Parley's dog park. All at the behest of a few whiney property owners that live up on that ridge.

Dear Mayor,
I understand the county will be considering approval of a pilot program for off-leash dog parks, in the interim of implementing an off-leash master plan. I am very much in favor of this pilot program. I adopted an abused dog many years ago and access to off-leash areas has been critical to her rehabilitation - of course, such areas are essential for any dog's well-being (their owners' too!)
Please help dog owners meet their responsibility to their pet by approving this project.
Thank you!
Sent this today. Thank you for your leadership with this effort!

#8 I agree with this. But isn't it still important to fight for whatever we can get?

I would love to see more off leash parks as long as they aren't the small fenced in type. (Don't bother) Quail Hollow Park in Sandy would be a great canidate.
