Because the Rock is worth saving for so many reasons and I cannot in a million years imagine why ANYONE would want to shut it down. Our local musicians need a platform and this is a great one. It is a place of enjoyment for so many people and music is so good for the soul. There is no where else like the Rock in any close proximity!! We should feel privileged and lucky to have this awesome music bistro in our hood.

As a resident of Umzumbe for 45 years it helps the young musicians to work and entertain us. And I am hoping to have my 80th at the Rock. It supports the local young ladies in work and improve the quality of there families where work is not available. Don't let these youngest down.

Ok so when you close The Rock down and the squatters move in all our houses will de value then who do we thank then. May be improvements to The Rock can be made. We all have obstacles in our life . Come on now lets grow this musical venue. Locals need some where to go and feel safe in this country we all live in.

I live in australia and visited the rock bistro in 2014 and absolutely loved the place it would be a shame if i came back and the place was shut.. it had such a good atmosphere and relaxed feeling hopefully she stays open for many years to come to that more people around the world get to visit this place :)

I love the Rock! It is an amazing place to hear music of all genres meet the musicians themselves, hear their stories, hear the history of music from Dave Marx and have a wonderful day of good music, good company and good food. The setting is also ideal with a wonderful view of the ocean. Please Save The Rock!

The KZN South Coast needs activities and entertainment facilties which provide year round employment and attractions for the tourists during the holiday seasons. The Bistro offers a platform for local and other musicians to present their skills and create a Name.
