It's ruthless to take someone's retirement money make them put in a "bank" for upgrades that may never happen and then tell the person to leave it for future flights or apply for a refund. One should be billed for the class flown and have to pay in a timely fashion.

We arent refunding Revenue passengers issues. What makes you think they are going to quickly give u back YOUR money??? They dont care about us anymore. Its all about the top and their money. Your money is their money too. Dont EVER forget that

Completely agree with it!
Guest#55 Jun 10, 2015, 04:47
What a mess this merger is making of employee benefits. And for what ? I would ask.
Guest#56 Jun 10, 2015, 07:56
Want to keep the way it is now.
Guest#57 Jun 10, 2015, 08:18
It's not broken!! Leave it as is !!
Guest#58 Jun 10, 2015, 11:10
Everyone needs to sign! This system works just fine!!! Us prepay is just one more way for them to hang on to our $$$
Guest#59 Jun 10, 2015, 11:11

Guest#60 Jun 10, 2015, 11:46
I want AA to keep deducting my non-rev flights from my payroll it seems easier and sometimes I just dont have the money available and I want to keep on exploring the world i dont care if sometimes i dont get a paycheck it was all worth it...
Guest#61 Jun 10, 2015, 12:03
If it's not broke don't fix it, we have been doing payroll deduction for years, please don't change!!!!
Guest#62 Jun 10, 2015, 12:47
The system works, so don't change it!! Payroll deduct the correct cost of the correct flight in the correct cabin seated, instead of having to waste time and money issuing a refund for something that was prepaid and possibly incorrect.
Guest#63 Jun 10, 2015, 13:48
Why are we looking to fix what ISN'T BROKEN???
Guest#64 Jun 10, 2015, 14:28
To support coworkers and request benefits for hard working coworkers in need of praise, worthiness, and confirmation that they matter . Thoughtfulness and consideration of work force and bread and butter consumers build lasting relationships. Stop the cancer!

this just make sense. You travel you get money taken from your check. No hassel to pre pay. My money stays where is should be with me.
Guest#66 Jun 10, 2015, 16:19
Payroll deduction is convenient and practical.
Guest#67 Jun 10, 2015, 17:47
It is convientient to travel with it just coming out of our paycheck.
Guest#68 Jun 10, 2015, 18:10
Payroll deduction works for me.
Guest#69 Jun 10, 2015, 18:33
All should sign this petition. USAir charging service charges before you fly, and then not able to easily get refund looks like ancient system from 40 years ago. Employees and retirees need JETNET for the best pass system software in the airline industry.

Why change a system that has worked for years. It makes the non rev travel so much easier not to have to deal with payments at the counter or the gate. I am a retiree and would like the billing system to continue.
Guest#71 Jun 10, 2015, 21:05
It's the best deal for employees. .
Guest#72 Jun 10, 2015, 21:06
Like wAy it's done now.
Guest#73 Jun 10, 2015, 21:07
Please just keep in payroll just easier to get family in out. Either way I'm ok I just thinks it's easier payroll dudct that's all.
Guest#74 Jun 10, 2015, 21:14
Keep it payroll deductible! Please! I can't afford to pay for one routing, then get bumped pay for another, bumped again....and on and on. Let us pay for what we fly. It's already hard enough non Reving these days, why make it harder?!!!
Guest#75 Jun 10, 2015, 21:28
I am up for options but if it ain't broken don't touch it.
