Because I don't see how tyre stretch can be seen as unsafe, I've ran stretched tyres for about a year now, with no issues whatsoever!

I signed this to encourage more testing to be carried out in this area. Although my tyres are stretched I believe people are irrisponsable in this area and take things too far and run tyres that arnt safe.

I signed the petition because I understand there is no law on stretching tyres and I have witnessed people being pulled over by the police and fined/taken to court over this matter and still not had their say. IT IS NOT UNSAFE!!!

Tyre stretch is not dangerous as all you are doing is tightening the side walls to get less roll on the side wall

The police are bad enough for pulling over car enthusiasts, its not unsafe, its the police having nothing else to do!
